I'm an Experience Design Manager with over 12 years of experience building solutions that range from products to processes and services and in my career I'm passionate about creating engaging and intuitive experiences.
I have worked with a variety of clients in different sectors and business models and my knowledge ranges from design principles, team management and leadership to communication skills and multidisciplinary alignment.
I lead teams in exploring and creating unique solutions, combining form and function to achieve exceptional experiences.
I concentrate on analytical management and leadership. Currently I'm developing people, strategies and solutions that drive the organization's evolution. I guide my team to explore and structure consistent and assertive experiences and solutions.
My focus is on design management and leadership. I am building a sustainable culture and processes, based on a leadership model that solves problems creatively and strategically, based on data and people. I develop technical and interpersonal skills in the team, aligning them with the dynamic needs of the market. I contribute directly to the evolution of the team, the Design area and co-related areas, creating customized solutions and implementing processes that drive the company forward.
In addition, I work on raising awareness and corporate acculturation in relation to Experiences in general, where my team and I provide practical value by integrating exceptional experiences into the organization's processes and solutions.My focus lies in the Experience Economy, strategic design, and, above all, people. In the last 5 years, I’ve dedicated my career to leading teams and projects.
My passion is spreading the design culture and agility, making strategic decisions that transform experiences and structure scalable solutions.My goal is to raise awareness about the importance of design for users and consumers. I bring practical value to processes, products, and services, but I’m also an adaptable contextual leader. I believe in creatively and strategically solving problems, always grounded in data and people.
In my role, I’m responsible for management and mentoring. From discovery to delivery, I collaborate with professionals in the field, lead projects with multidisciplinary teams and clients, conduct workshops, provide training, and structure human-centered processes tailored to user and consumer needs.

I love spend time at the moment. So during my free time I'm usually wandering the streets searching a museum, a cafe Shop or a house of tea with my camera.
